Daniel joined the CHF team in 2006.  Dan has been instrumental in the role of overseeing the construction and renovation of the homes purchased by CHF.  In addition, his analytical skills help CHF maintain control of project costs and achieve desired timelines. He holds a Masters Degree in Global Business Administration from the University of Redlands, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Calvin College in Michigan.

Kristin serves as the Business Manager for CHF.  Prior to coming to CHF, she worked in education, teaching lower elementary grades and running an elementary school library. She has enjoyed transitioning to the work of CHF and the non-profit sector. She became a member of the office staff part time in 2012 and moved to full-time in 2020. Kristin and her husband have three young adult-aged children, a wonderful son-in-law and one adorable grandson.

Kaia, as a dedicated member of the California Housing Foundation team, embraces the crucial role of preserving the beauty and functionality of the properties under CHF's ownership. Her responsibilities span beyond mere maintenance, as she closely collaborates with a network of skilled contractors spread throughout the state. Together, they diligently strive to ensure that every CHF property remains in exceptional condition, guaranteeing the comfort and accessibility that all residents, both served by CHF directly and through partnerships, deserve.
