Daniel joined the CHF team in 2006.  Dan has been instrumental in the role of overseeing the construction and renovation of the homes purchased by CHF.  In addition, his analytical skills help CHF maintain control of project costs and achieve desired timelines. He holds a Masters Degree in Global Business Administration from the University of Redlands, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Calvin College in Michigan.

After spending several years in education, Kristin became a member of the CHF office staff part time in 2012 to help with administrative duties. She moved to full-time in 2020 to become business manager. Her job now involves marketing and communications, allowing her to use her creativity and eye for detail. Kristin and her husband enjoying traveling, spending time with their adult-aged children and grandsons and cheering on their favorite sports teams.

Larry brings many years of contracting and building experience to CHF. His expertise comes from owning a local door company along with his involvement in many construction projects over his career. One of his bigger projects was supervising the building of the Inland Regional Center in San Bernardino. His eye for detail is appreciated as it helps make sure our homes will continue to be in service for many years. Larry enjoys spending time at the beach on his boat and used to be an avid surfer.

Michelle handles the administrative duties at CHF. She will greet you at the front desk or on the phone if you call the office. Michelle has a business background and a heart for helping people. She enjoys a good road trip and spending time with her family. Michelle has been a great addition to CHF!

Will joined CHF in 2026 and oversees the operations and management of the organization's residential properties. He brings more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in residential and commercial real estate sales and acquisitions. His background includes working closely with property owners, investors, and organizations to maximize property value and support long-term growth. Will is passionate about creating housing opportunities and helping ensure CHF properties continue to serve clients and communities for years to come. In his free time, Will enjoys playing beach volleyball and watching live music.
